The shipment:

EU: Seller sends their order from our store by GLS, Post or other shipping carrier within 2 business days after payment is received unless the order arrives in the holiday hours. If the ordered goods are not in the store then the buyer will receive information by e-mail with information on the expected turnaround time.

Seller only handles orders for buyers with addresses in Europe. Forwarding to the addresses in other countries outside Europe can be agreed in each case.

Ordering:

Seller's presentation of goods with a price of keytouch.eu is not a binding offer, but merely an offer subject to prices and delivery.

Buyer's order for goods on keytouch.eu, constitute a binding offer to would buy the item at the given terms.

A binding agreement between buyer and seller is only concluded when the seller by billing the Buyer accepts the tenders submitted.

The risk of accidental loss or deterioration:

At the time when the ordered goods are shipped, transferred liability that the ordered goods are destroyed or damaged during transport to the buyer's address to the transport company. Receipt of goods - important and good advice

Complaints:

Seller provides according to the Sale of Goods Act, 2 year warranty from date of invoice on manufacturing and material defects (deficiencies). The warranty does not cover defects, damages or wear directly or indirectly caused as a resulting from improper use, faulty maintenance, violence or interference. The invoice must be presented to the seller in connection with the application of complaint. Any complaints about defects on delivered products must be made to the seller or one of the sellers appointed within 14 days of receipt of goods. Otherwise, the buyer loses the right to rely on deficiencies in the delivery. The buyer is liable for its own account to return defective supplies and sells repair / replace and send replacement item / debugged product at no charge to the buyer.

Disclaimer and Warranty:

Seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses as a result of the ordered goods are too late to the buyer or the ordered goods have deficiencies. Seller gives no independent guarantee of the ordered goods and the Buyer can obtain the guarantees granted by the manufacturer to buyer.

Returns Policy:

WE THEREFORE RECOMMENDS THE PRODUCT IN ADDITION TO BE SENT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING ALWAYS PROTECTED BY AN EXTRA CARDBOARD BOX OR SIMILAR TO THE BEST POSSIBLE TO ENSURE THE GOODS AND PACKAGING CONDITION.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL RUNS FROM THE RECEPTION DAY AND 14 DAYS ADVANCE. IF THE 14 DAYS FALLS ON A SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAY, PROLONGED YOUR CANCELLATION AND RETURNS TO THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Warranty:

The general rules are valid under the Consumer Agency's guidelines. If the buyer has chosen not qualified installer, and install it yourself, the warranty will void if you damaged the product. The product will be checked and inspected thoroughly before departure from storage so there are no excuses that it is us who are causing the damage.
